The Compensation Plan shown below is a detailed presentation of all information relative to how a VIP can earn income from their DHS Club business. To see a basic (slide show) presentation, CLICK HERE. Note: All income figures are represented in U.S. Dollars ($). Future Monthly Fees may be subject to slight changes, based on any devaluation of your local currency to the U.S. Dollar. Should a fee need to be increased, so will the resulting Pay Points. Should a currency increase in value to the U.S. Dollar, the fees will remain the same, but the Pay Points will increase accordingly. In either case, your VIP income is due to currency valuation changes. To determine what the Fees and Pay Points are in each currency, CLICK HERE.
Each DHS Club product, service and subscription is assigned a Reward Points, Referral Fee and Pay Point value from which a VIP Member is able to receive compensation from. Reward PointsAs a VIP you are able to earn Reward Points on your personal purchases. Reward Points are accumulated and redeemable for cash back rebates, gift cards, rewards certificates or special reward offers. Your Rewards Points balance and redemption options are shown at the Rewards Points Center. Personal IncomeThis is income that you are able to earn on your personal sales. This provides you with an incentive to personally refer others as DHS Club Members and to sponsor Affinity Groups. Personal Income is derived from Referral Fee Commissions and from personal "Pay Points". The amount or percentage of Rewards Points, Referral Fee Commissions and Pay Points you are able to earn, are shown at each store, merchant or merchandise listing. Pay Points earned on ClubAdvantage subscriptions will vary by country. To see what the Pay Points are on subscription fees in your country, CLICK HERE. Referral CommissionsAs a VIP you will earn Referral Commissions on the purchases made by your personally sponsored (frontline) Shopper and Associate Members and the Shopper and Associate Members that have been transferred to your non-VIP organization (these are Members in which you are showing as their first "upline" VIP by the end of each month). Personal Pay PointsPay Points are credits you can earn based on a percentage of the purchases and subscriptions made by you and the Members in your organization. They are accumulated each month to help determine your Personal and Organizational Pay Point entitlements. As a VIP you can earn Personal Pay Points on: - Your personal purchases
- The purchases made by any Shopper or Associate Member within your non-VIP organization
- The purchases made by an Affinity Group and the Associate or Shopper Members that they have referred
- Any purchases made with any offline Merchant Affiliates within your non-VIP organization by any DHS Club Member
See the table and instructions below to determine how to calculate Personal Pay Point earnings. Organizational IncomeAs a VIP, you are also able to earn override commissions from the purchases and subscriptions made by the VIPs in your organization, and all of the Members within their organization. This is called "Organizational Income". To become eligible for Organizational Income, you must meet two different Pay Points requirements: Personal Pay Points - You must have at least 25 Personal Pay Points per month to be a VIP Member. NOTE: The best and easiest way to qualify to be a VIP Member, is by subscribing to the ClubAdvantage Business Building System, as the ClubAdvantage subscription has a value of at least 25 Pay Points per month. Organizational Pay Points - This equals the total amount of Pay Points from the purchases and subscriptions made by you and all Associate, Shopper and VIP Members in your entire organization. A VIP must have 75 or more Organizational Pay Points with at least 25 Pay Points being generated from more than one line of sponsorship. "Minimum Commission Guarantee" - Once you have at least two VIPs that you have personally sponsored or at least 25 Pay Points being generated from two different lines of sponsorship, you are entitled to start earning a Monthly Organizational Income AND you are guaranteed enough in commissions to have your monthly ClubAdvantage subscription fee to be automatically deducted from your earnings. "Get two and your fees are through!" ClubAdvantage Management Roles versus Non-Employee StatusOne of the factors that can determine the percentage of Organizational Income that you are able to earn, is based on the ClubAdvantage Training courses that you have completed and the System Management Role that you have qualified for. This "built in" management structure aspect of the ClubAdvantage Business Building System allows for one to utilize teamwork to successfully build an organization and makes "upline" VIPs accountable, to ensure that "downline" VIPs are receiving the necessary support and assistance from their "upline" VIPs. However, since each VIP is considered a non-employee (independent contractor or direct seller), participation in the ClubAdvantage Business Building System (taking courses and qualifying for management roles) is voluntary and is not required in order for a VIP to qualify for Organizational Income, as long as a VIP complies with the VIP Sponsor Responsibility Policy and meets the following, "Optional Monthly Qualifications": - 50 Personal Pay Points (see definition above)
- No decrease in organizational Pay Points from the previous month
Builder Team Coaches and higher need to continue to complete the requirements for their applicable Management Role in order to remain qualified for the role. Should a Builder Team Coach or higher fail to re-qualify for a role, they will have until the end of the next month to re qualify for the role or be downgraded to a lesser Management Role. Should this occur, the downgraded VIP will need to re-qualify for the applicable Management Roles which they once qualified for. These requirements and one's current status is shown at the Management Role Report which is viewable at the Business Reports links at the VIP Control Center. Management Role Report HOW YOUR MONTHLY INCOME IS CALCULATEDNote: The DHS Club automatically calculates your Monthly Income for you, which is shown each month at your VIP Income Report. The information provided below explains how your Monthly Income is calculated. A. Total Your Referral Commissions B. Add your Personal Pay Point entitlementTo do this, you need to compare your total, monthly Organizational Pay Points to the table below, to determine your Personal Pay Point Percentage of entitlement. Disregard the Side Volume and Management Role requirements when determining your Personal Pay Point Percentage of entitlement. Note that the higher your Organizational Pay Points are, the higher the Pay Percentage is. Multiply your Personal Pay Points by the applicable Pay Percentage. | Pay Points | 75 | 75 | 150 | 250 | 400 | 600 | 1,000 | 1,500 | 2,250 | 3,250 | 4,500 | 6,000 | 6,000 | | Side Volume | 25 | 25 | 50 | 100 | 150 | 200 | 300 | 500 | 750 | 1,000 | 1,500 | 6,000 | 2,000 | | Management Role | Non- Builder | Builder | Builder | Builder | Strategist | Strategist | Trainer | Trainer | Marketing Director | Promotions Director | Chief Director | Non Chief | Chief Director | | Pay Percentage | 0% | 34% | 36% | 39% | 42% | 46% | 49% | 52% | 56% | 59% | 62% | 65% | 70% | | Leadership Title | n/a | Producer | Team Player | Team Leader | Team Captain | Bronze Manager | Silver Manager | Gold Manager | Ruby Director | Emerald Director | Diamond Director | n/a | Executive Director | C. Add your Organizational Pay Point Entitlement (Override Commissions) There are 3 steps to calculate this: - Compare your Pay Points to your Side Volume and your Management Role (the Management Role is not considered as long as one meets the Optional Monthly Qualifications shown above). The Pay Percentage that you will be eligible for, is based on the lesser of these three items. For example, if your Pay Points are 600 and your Side Volume is 150 and you have qualified as a Strategist, your Pay Percentage would be 42%, as the Side Volume requirement is the lesser of these three items. In order to maximize your entitlement, you want all 3 items to be shown in the same column to the right.
Note:Should the Pay Percentage for a line or leg be a higher percentage than you qualify for, then your percentage for that line will be the same higher percentage. Other Side Volume will be paid at the percentage you have qualified for. - Multiply your Organizational (non-Personal) Pay Points by the percentage determined in step 1. This equals the total potential Organizational Pay Point income for you and the VIPs in your organization.
For example, if you have a total of 500 Organizational Pay Points (with 150 Side Volume and qualified as a Strategist), of which 450 are Downline Pay Points, the Potential Organizational Commissions would be 42% of 450 Pay Points, or $189.00. - Subtract the Pay Point commissions that are paid to the VIPs in your organization, from the Potential Organizational Commissions. The balance equals the amount of override commissions that you are able to earn.
Using the same example as shown above, with the VIPs in your organization earning $35.00 of your Potential Organizational Commissions, your Claimable Override Commissions would equal $154.00. $189.00 in Potential Organizational Commissions less VIP payouts of $35.00 = $154.00 in Organizational Income.
Executive Director "Side Volume" Requirements- If a VIP Member has one line of sponsorship with at least 6,000 Pay Points, they will need to have a minimum 2,000 "Side Volume" Pay Points to be able to be recognized as a 1 Star Executive Director and be eligible to earn Executive Director Bonuses. If this VIP has less than 2,000 Side Volume, they will be qualified as a Diamond Director or less, depending on the Management Role they have qualified for.
- If a VIP Member has two or more lines of sponsorship with at least 6,000 Pay Points each, no other "Side Volume" requirements need to be met to qualify as an Executive Director.
Vested Income Program - Executive Director BonusesEach Executive Director Star represents a personal line of sponsorship with at least one Executive Director in it. The Level 1 Executive Director Bonus is paid as a percentage of the Organizational Pay Points for the first Executive Director in a line. | Stars | Level 1 Bonus | | 1 Star Executive Director | 7.5% | | 2 Star Executive Director | 8.0% | | 3 Star Executive Director | 8.5% | | 4 Star Executive Director | 9.0% | | 5 Star Executive Director | 9.5% | | 6 Star Executive Director | 10.0% |
2 Star and higher Executive Directors may be eligible to also earn a percentage of all of the other Executive Directors Organizational Pay Points in their organization, down to an Executive Director that is of the same pay level or higher, up to a 6 Star Executive Director. | Stars | Level 2+ Bonus | | 2 Star Executive Director | 2.0% | | 3 Star Executive Director | 4.0% | | 4 Star Executive Director | 6.0% | | 5 Star Executive Director | 8.0% | | 6 Star Executive Director | 10.0% |
To calculate the Level 2+ Bonus, any other Level 2+ Bonus paid to a downline Executive Director must be subtracted. - If a 2 Star has a 2 Star in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would stop at the Level 2 of the 2 Star (2.0% - 2.0% = 0). The same rule applies for each pay level.
- If a 3 Star has a 2 Star in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would be 2.0% of the Executive Directors' Organizational Pay Points from the 2 Star's Level 2+. (4.0% - 2.0% = 2.0%). The same rule applies for each pay level. For example, if a 4 Star has a 2 Star in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would be 4.0% of the Executive Directors' Organizational Pay Points from the 2 Star's Level 2+. (6.0% - 2.0% = 4.0%).
- If a 6 Star or higher has a 6 Star or higher in their downline, then their Level 2+ Bonus would stop at the Level 2 of the 6+ Star (10.0% - 10.0% = 0).

Emeritus Executive DirectorA 1 Star and higher Executive Director may choose to become inactive and still retain their Executive Director Bonus Income, if they meet the following criteria: - Must be in good standing and meeting all of the qualifications for the Chief Executive Director position, including applicable Side Volume requirements.
- Must be at least 70 years of age.
- Must have been a VIP for at least ten consecutive years.
Upon approval, the new Emeritus Executive Director will no longer be required to qualify for the Chief Role or meet any Side Volume requirements, as their non-Executive Organization will "roll up" to the 1st Chief Director upline from the Emeritus Executive Director. This will result in the inheriting Chief Director to gain the Organizational Income (and management responsibility) from what was the Emeritus' Side Volume. Once approved, the percentage of Executive Director Bonus paid on an ongoing basis to the Emeritus will be "locked in" and be based on their Side Volume at the time of approval. An Emeritus Executive Director may request to be reinstated as an active VIP, but must begin to meet the applicable qualifications for their rate of pay and management role, in order to receive the income for the pay level they may qualify for. Requests for Emeritus status must be made by fax to 941-475-4081 (Attention: VIP Sales Support Dept.) or postal mail to The DHS Club, Inc., Attn: VIP Sales Support Dept., 2560 Placida Rd., Englewood, FL 34224, along with a picture ID (copy of passport or driver's license) to show proof of age.
