Coaching- Some of the VIPs "upline" from you will have completed the training courses necessary to qualify as a Team Coach and to perform in various management and leadership roles. This provides you and every VIP with a unique mentoring and coaching benefit. While you are in training and learning to fulfill your management roles, these VIPs will be fulfilling their roles as your Team Coaches and Directors. These roles include:

• Builder Team Coach - As a VIP, you will have a personal "Builder" Team Coach to help you with any questions you may have and to build your "1st" line of Members.
• Strategist Team Coach - To help you build and develop your network strategically, you will also have a Strategist Team Coach that has been trained in our innovative "TNT" network development method.
• Trainer Team Coach - Once you begin the 10 Step Training Program, you will have a Trainer Team Coach to assist you with the training and assignments.
• Marketing Director -To assist you with marketing campaigns and strategies, you will have a Marketing Director that you can communicate with. Your Marketing Director will also be communicating with your Members about special offers.
• Promotions Director - As you begin to progress in your network development, you will also have a Promotions Director to advise you on strategies to earn promotions and make plans to increase your income.
• Chief Director - To ensure that your Team Coaches are assisting you and performing in their assigned roles, you will also have a Chief Director. Typically your Chief Director is either close to or at the Executive Director pay level.
