CLUBSHOP ONLINE SHOPPING MALL INSTRUCTIONS

Shopping at the ClubShop Mall is easy when you follow the instructions and tips provided here.

  1. Login - You must login with your membership ID number to ensure proper tracking of all of the purchases you make at the ClubShop Mall. If you don't have an ID number yet, you will be prompted to join for free before being directed to the store. As a member you will earn ClubCash when you make a purchase at the ClubShop online shopping mall.

  2. Enable Cookies - This helps us track the orders you place. Most computers already have their cookies enabled, unless you personally disable them.

  3. Shop - To shop online and earn ClubShop ClubCash, place your mouse on the Shop Online tab at the top of the page and click on the Online Mall drop down. In order to receive credit for the purchases you make you must always login at the ClubShop Mall and use the links that we provide. Once you're in one of our stores, make sure that you stay in that store and that you are not redirected to another store. Below are some examples of how this could happen:

    • Example - You click on store "A" at the ClubShop Mall and while your looking around you see that store "A" has a link to store "B" on their site. You decide that you'd like to see what store "B" has to offer and click on that link. This will take you out of store "A" and put you in store "B". However, store "B" may not participate with the ClubShop Mall, so purchasing something from store "B" would not be eligible for ClubShop ClubCash.

    • Example - A shopping site may have the ability to change countries, language preferences and/or currencies. While this is a convenient feature, some sites will redirect you to another site after clicking on these features. We cannot guarantee that your ID number will remain intact if you should click on these links. If your ID number were lost during the site change, then purchases made would not be awarded to your account.

  4. Tracking Orders - Automated Reporting - The majority of stores at the ClubShop Mall automatically track the orders you place by reporting your ID number and cookie to us. This means that once you click on a store link you will be taken directly to that store and don't have to worry about a thing!

  5. Tracking Orders - Manual Reporting - If a store at the ClubShop Mall does not automatically report the order you place with them, detailed instructions will appear after you click on that store link.

    • To receive credit on purchases made at non-automated stores, email the order confirmation receipt you receive. Make sure to entering your entire ID number in the subject area so ClubShop ClubCash can be awarded to your account. Send your email to: purchases@clubshop.com

  6. Redeem - After you've accumulated enough ClubCash you are eligible to redeem your ClubCash for Cash Back.
