How do I earn my ClubCash?
You must be a member of ClubShop Rewards Program and you must log-in with your ClubShop Rewards ID Number or ClubShop Rewards Card Number and then use our online shopping links that we provide in our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall.

If a merchant store in our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall is a non-automated merchant store, then you will see a pop-up window with directions on how to earn ClubCash with this merchant store when you click on their link in the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall. To receive ClubCash credit on purchases made with these non-automated merchant stores, you must provide evidence of your purchase. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email receipt from the store that you made your purchase from inside the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall. Once you receive this confirmation email receipt, please forward it to purchases@dhs-club.com and place your ClubShop Rewards ID Number (Example: WB2112345) in the subject area.

How is ClubCash calculated and Redeemed?
The amount of ClubCash that you earn on each purchase is based on the percentage shown at the store listing in the ClubShop Mall and at the ClubShop Rewards Directory. ClubCash is calculated from the store's reported purchase amount, then converted to your local currency. Occasionally ClubCash value will appear in another currency in your Transaction Report. This will occur when a purchase is made at a store that does not pay a percentage commission on purchases, rather they chose to pay a flat rate commission. To redeem your ClubCash, please go to your ClubShop Member Account and click redeem under the ClubCash tab.

When will I be able to view and get credit for my purchase?
You can view your purchases in your personal transaction report. Most purchases usually take 5 business days and in some cases (Hotels, Plane Tickets, Cruises, Car Rentals, etc.) much longer to be verified and added to your Transaction Report. Please note that in most cases your order must be shipped or used before we can verify an order.

It's been awhile since I received or used my ClubShop Mall order, but I'm still not showing any credit in my Transaction Report. What do I do?
Please read and completely fill out our Missing Order Form to submit your missing order.

I used the missing Order Form over a month ago, but my Transaction Report never received any credit for my order. Why?
In the unlikely event that this happens, there are a few reasons that an order will not be credited to your Transaction Report:

1. You may have failed our ClubShop Mall Shopping Instructions step for step.
2. Your browser cookies may have been turned off or disabled. (help)
3. You logged in with the wrong ID Number.
4. Your computer has some type of software that you installed that is blocking the way we're tracking your order so you can receive credit.
5. At times, should you use choose to use Google Check Out, PayPal or Bill Me Later, versus the merchants own check out option, the merchant may not track or credit the sale to us, which means we then can't credit the sale to your transaction report.
6. If you contact a store directly about your order (perhaps to change the order, or due to credit being denied, etc.), it may create a new order from the store, which will not be tracked and for which we will not get the credit for.

Are all items purchased at the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall eligible for a ClubCash?
Practically every item you purchase through the ClubShop Mall qualifies for cash back. We cannot give cash back for taxes, shipping, or any portion of a purchase that is paid for with gift certificates or a store credit. Typically prescription drugs and gift cards are also excluded from earning ClubCash. Any purchase of products or services completed by telephone does not qualify for cash back. At times, stores place minor restrictions on cash back eligibility. We do our best to maintain this information. Please be aware that store exceptions change regularly and ClubShop Rewards reserves the right to cancel or delay cash back payments when stores alter their policies or refuse to pay ClubShop Rewards a commission. Exceptions, restrictions and additional information be viewed by clicking the button next to each store listing.

I received my order, but there was a problem with one of the items I purchased. What do I do?
Contact the merchant store or ClubShop Rewards for return instructions. Please do not send the item that you purchased to ClubShop Rewards.

ClubShop Rewards doesn't have my correct personal information, where can I change it or add to it?
Please go to our Member Information site to submit your address information to ClubShop Rewards.

Do you have any shopping testimonials that I can read?
Yes, please go to our Shopping Testimonials site to read shopping testimonials from our members.

If an online store listed at the ClubShop Mall has a local physical store, can I present my ClubShop Rewards Card for the same offers available online?
No. The offers and specials that are listed in online shopping directory are only available when you shop online through the ClubShop Mall.

How do I become a ClubShop Rewards Member?
Please go to our Free Membership site to join for free.

Do you offer any local business to shop at?
Yes! There are thousands of local ClubShop Rewards Merchants to shop at all over the world. Simply present your ClubShop Rewards Card at the businesses listed in the ClubShop Rewards Directory for additional discounts on your everyday purchases.

Can I become a Member if I live outside the United States (USA)?
YES! ClubShop Rewards is an International business with ClubShop Rewards Members from all around the world.

How can I find my ID Number so I can login and get my ClubCash?

How can I get my store in the ClubShop Online Mall?
Visit our Mall Listing information page.

Your Mall stated a certain amount of ClubCash from the merchant I shopped with, yet when I received my ClubCash, the numbers were different than what is stated at the ClubShop Mall. Why is that?
Although we work diligently to keep all of the Merchant information updated as much as possible, from time to time, a Merchant may change the amount of the referral fee/commission they pay the ClubShop Mall, without notifying us in advance. When this occurs, we pay any entitlement to our Members, based on what the Merchant pays us. This may be reflected in a slightly less or greater entitlement than is posted.

How do I earn a first purchase bonus?
When a purchase is made online at any participating ClubShop.com site, you will receive a bonus ClubCash on that purchase. This is a one-time only bonus and will not be awarded again should you return your order or your order is denied by the store at a later date.
