before making a purchase. How do I earn my Reward Points? You must be a member of the DHS Club and you must log-in with your DHS Club ID Number or ClubShop Rewards Card Number and then use our online shopping links that we provide in our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall.
If a merchant store in our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall is a non-automated merchant store, then you will see a pop-up window with directions on how to earn your points with this merchant store when you click on their link in the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall. To receive your points credit on purchases made with these non-automated merchant stores, you must provide evidence of your purchase. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email receipt from the store that you made your purchase from inside the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall.
Once you receive this confirmation email receipt, please forward it to

and place your DHS Club ID Number (Example: WB2112345) in the subject area. How are Rewards Points calculated and Redeemed? The amount of Reward Points that you earn on each purchase is based on the percentage shown at the store listing in the ClubShop Mall. For each $1.00 (USD) credited from the reward points percentage, you will earn 100 Reward Points. To convert $1.00 (USD) to your currency click here.
To redeem your reward points, please go to our
Reward Points Redemption Center. When will I be able to view and get credit for my purchase? You can view your purchases in your personal transaction report. Most purchases usually take 5 business days and in some cases (Hotels, Plane Tickets, Cruises, Car Rentals, etc.) much longer to be verified and added to your Transaction Report. Please note that in most cases your order must be shipped or used before we can verify an order. It's been awhile since I received or used my ClubShop Mall order, but I'm still not showing any credit in my Transaction Report. What do I do? Please read and completely fill out our

to submit your missing order. I used the missing Order Form over a month ago, but my Transaction Report never received any credit for my order. Why? - Your browser cookies may have been turned off or disabled.

- You logged in with the wrong ID Number.
- Your computer has some type of software that you installed that is blocking the way we're tracking your order so you can receive credit.
- At times, should you use choose to use Google Check Out or Bill Me Later, versus the merchants own check out option, the merchant may not track or credit the sale to us, which means we then can't credit the sale to your transaction report.
- If you contact a store directly about your order (perhaps to change the order, or due to credit being denied, etc.), it may create a new order from the store, which will not be tracked and for which we will not get the credit for.
Are all items purchased at the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall eligible for a Reward Points? Usually items such as prescription drugs and gift cards are excluded from Reward Points. If a vendor does credit us for items such as prescription drugs or gift cards, then we will honor your points towards your purchase. I received my order, but there was a problem with one of the items I purchased. What do I do? Contact the merchant store or the DHS Club for return instructions. Please do not send the item that you purchased to the DHS Club. The DHS Club doesn't have my correct personal information, where can I change it or add to it? Please go to our
Member Information site to submit your address information to the DHS Club. Do you have any shopping testimonials that I can read? Yes, please go to our
Shopping Testimonials site to read shopping testimonials from our members. Can I shop offline at local merchant stores that are in the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall? No, you must shop online in our ClubShop Online Shopping Mall. How do I become a DHS Club Member? Please go to our
Free Membership site to join for free. Are there other places to shop besides the ClubShop Online Shopping Mall? Yes, please see our ClubShop Mall Home Page. Can I become a Member if I live outside the United States (USA)? The DHS Club is an International business with DHS Club Members from all around the world. How can I find my ID Number so I can login and get my Reward Points? Please go to our ID Number lookup site to find your ID Number. My purchase was not made in US Dollars, how will that change my Reward Points? All purchases will be converted into US Dollars from the currency that was used to make a purchase. Please use the currency converter link to the left. How can I get my store in the ClubShop Online Mall? Visit our Mall Listing information page. I used a Gift Certificate to pay for all or a portion of my order online. Why didn't I earn reward points on my entire order? Some merchants will not credit us for the portion of the purchase you made using a Gift Certificate. Example: If you make a $75.00 purchase and pay $25 of that purchase with a Gift Certificate, you will only earn Reward Points on the outstanding $50.00 of that purchase. Your Mall stated a certain amount of Reward Points from the merchant I shopped with, yet when I received my Reward Points, the numbers were different than what is stated at the ClubShop Mall. Why is that? Although we work diligently to keep all of the Merchant information updated as much as possible, from time to time, a Merchant may change the amount of the referral fee/commission they pay the ClubShop Mall, without notifying us in advance. When this occurs, we pay any entitlement to our Members, based on what the Merchant pays us. This may be reflected in a slightly less or greater entitlement than is posted. |
