The Compensation Plan shown below is a detailed presentation of how you can earn income as a ClubShop Rewards Partner. Partner compensation is paid on a monthly basis, with the actual payment being made after a monthly waiting period in case any pay adjustments are required to be made. For example, entitlement to Partner income for the month of January, is paid the beginning of March. You can see your personal Partner Income entitlement at your Income Report.
PAY POINTS
Pay Points are the commissionable value assigned to each type of purchase. The value of 1 Pay Point = $1.00

- QUALIFYING PAY POINTS (QPP) - You need to gain at least 25 QPP each month to qualify as a Partner. Your QPP are based on a total of your Personal Pay Points and your Referral Pay Points from your personally referred Members and Member chains and from any personal bulk purchases of cards and other promotional items shown at http://www.clubshop.com/outletsp/bcrewards.html.
- PERSONAL PAY POINTS (PPP) - These are credited for your personal purchases (other than bulk purchases of cards and other promotional items shown at http://www.clubshop.com/outletsp/bcrewards.html )
- REFERRAL PAY POINTS (RPP) - These are earned based on the PPP credited for the purchases shown below, from which you will earn Referral Commissions from:
- Purchases made by your personally referred Partner's, Affiliate's, Merchant's, Affinity Group's and Member's or by Members in a member referral chain started by a personally referred Member, and any personal bulk purchases of cards and other promotional items shown at http://www.clubshop.com/outletsp/bcrewards.html.
- Personal bulk purchases of cards and other promotional items shown at http://www.clubshop.com/outletsp/bcrewards.html
- Any purchases made with your personally referred, offline Tracking Merchants or online Mall Stores will provide you with 1/2 the Referral Pay Points that are provided for the purchase.
- PAY LEVEL PAY POINTS (PLPP) - These are the total of your PPP + your RPP and provide you with the required Pay Points for each Pay Level, to determine your entitlement to Dividends and Training Bonuses..
DIVIDENDS
ClubShop Rewards shares a percentage of its revenues as Dividends with its Partners. The higher your Pay Level, the greater the amount of Dividends you will earn each month. See the table below which shows the average Dividends paid out for each Pay Level.
Team Coach Income
By meeting the applicable Organizational Partners (OP) requirements and the Pay Level Pay Points (PLPP) requirements, once you reach the Team Captain Pay Level you are recognized as a Team Coach and you may be entitled to earn a Training Bonus. See the table below which shows the average Training Bonus entitlement earned by Team Coaches for each pay level.
Training Bonuses - the amount of Training Bonus paid is equal to 50% of the Referral Commissions paid to a Partner. The entitlement to earn a Training Bonus belongs to the applicable Team CoachThe first upline Team Captain or higher, beginning with one's Sponsor, with a higher Pay Title than the Partner, is designated as one's Team Coach for each Partner.

GUARANTEED MINIMUM INCOMES
To provide you with a secure monthly income, based on the Pay Level you may achieve, ClubShop Rewards offers two forms of Guaranteed Minimum Income:
ClubShop Rewards Card Sales
Purchase ClubShop Rewards Cards at "wholesale" and sell them at retail, to earn a profit from each card sold.
CONTEST PRIZES
Each month, ClubShop Rewards offers Partners fun and exciting sales contests to participate in to win great cash prizes!
Special 2012 Introductory OfferAll Executive Directors and higher will be recognized at the Pay Level they achieved in December 2011 under our former Compensation Plan, for the month of May, should a Partner qualify for a lesser Pay Level at the end of May.

This special allowance will continue as long as the Partner does not achieve a lesser Pay Level, for the following periods of time, based on the Pay Level recognized:

During this time, if they are able to achieve a higher pay level, they will be paid for the level they achieve under the new plan, on an ongoing basis.
Example: A 2 Star Executive Director only qualifies as a Diamond Director under the new plan. They will be recognized as a 2 Star Executive Director and be entitled to earn 2 Star Training Bonuses and Dividends for six months, with the following exceptions:
