The term "Member" as used in this policy refers to all levels of Membership in ClubShop Rewards.
Members wishing to advertise the DHS Club business or consumer opportunities, must do so in an open, honest and forthright manner.
Text on DHS Club domains (dhs-club, clubshop.com, glocalincome.com and glocalgeneration.com) may be used in advertising Clubshop Rewards as long as the text is not changed in any manner. Advertisements* and/or email** must inform the reader they are joining ClubShop Rewards and that by accepting a free Membership in ClubShop Rewards they are also agreeing to receive telephone calls or email about ClubShop Rewards opportunities. The only exception to this rule is if you place an advertisement which directs the prospective member to either a promotional page which contains this disclaimer or directly to your ClubShop Rewards website. In this event, no disclaimer is required in the advertising.
AdvertisementsAn advertisement is an electronic posting or a printed handout to which the public has access. It may be a posting to an electronic bulletin board, FFA site or a paid print advertisement, for example, in a local newspaper. It may also be a brochure or flyer which is distributed to the public to introduce them to ClubShop Rewards or any business or consumer program or opportunity offered by us. An advertisement is never sent by email.
Any advertisements other than those provided in the e-Business Institute course must be approved by Clubshop Rewards HQ prior to the placement of such advertisements. Advertisements may be sent to vipsales@dhs-club.com for approval. It may take up to 30 days for you to receive your approval notification.
EmailWhen a prospective Member responds to your email solicitation with a request for more information about ClubShop Rewards, you should direct him/her to a promotional page which contains the following disclaimer: "By submitting this request for a FREE ClubShop Rewards Membership, I agree to accept email from ClubShop Rewards about their Business and Consumer opportunities". The only exception to this rule is if your promotional page contains a link to your Glocal Generation or ClubShop Rewards website. In this event, no disclaimer is needed on the promotional page.
If you send out an email soliciting the recipient to join ClubShop Rewards by submitting their name and email address to you, you must have the disclaimer "By submitting this request for a FREE ClubShop Rewards Membership, you agree to accept email from ClubShop Rewards about their Business and Consumer Opportunities" listed in the email.
If you send an email directing a recipient to a promotional page only, you do not have to have the disclaimer in the email (as it is on your promotional page.)
Members should review the ClubShop Rewards Spam Policy prior to sending email promoting any business or consumer opportunity associated with ClubShop Rewards.
