For the purpose of this policy, the term "Member" applies to all levels of membership.
Activation of a ClubShop Rewards Card without permission of the Cardholder is forbidden.
Any complaint received will be forwarded to the Member who activated the card in order for them to provide us with evidence of "Permission to Activate" within 72 hours. Therefore, each Member must keep proof of "Permission to Activate".
Violations of this policy will subject your Membership to immediate suspension and/or termination. This may include non-payment of any commissions due.
