The preferred method of communication with your personally sponsored members, downline members, team coaches, and ClubShop Rewards Headquarters is by email. You must answer any email inquiries from your downline members and ClubShop Rewards Headquarters within 72 hours.
Failure to respond to emails can result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or forfeiture of your commission, and/or termination of your membership.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid email address on file that is not being blocked from receiving email from HQ. If you have a non-working or blocked email address, you will receive a message at your Partner Business Center using our internal messaging system notifying you to provide us with a good email address.
Also, should you find that you are not receiving the regular and normal informational emails from ClubShop Rewards Headquarters, it is your responsibility to investigate this matter and to immediately make the necessary changes to ensure the delivery of communications from ClubShop Rewards Headquarters.
Failure to provide us with a valid, non-blocked email address will result in a suspension of the payment of any commission entitlement until we have received a vaild, non-blocked email address. Should you fail to provide us with an valid or non-blocked email address within 30 days of our posting the notice to your Partner Business Center, your commissions will be forfeited until a valid, non-blocked email address is provided.
Executive Director CommunicationsIn order to protect the integrity of the Executive Director position and role within the ClubShop Rewards Marketing Plan, Executive Directors are not permitted to send any group emails of any type or any individual emails or messages to the ClubShop Rewards Partners or ClubShop Rewards Members in other Executive Director organizations, that promote the use of a co-op, training or social networking website, or recommended tools, methods, strategies or techniques.
Any such emails or messages need to be sent to the individual Executive Directors in one's "downline" so they can determine if they want to use or promote the offer being communicated to them, with the ClubShop Rewards Partners or ClubShop Reward Members in their organization.
Individual "goodwill" emails or messages sent to Partners in other Executive Director organizations to encourage them, or to praise their efforts or accomplishments are permitted, but they can not include any links to webpages that promote the use of a co-op, training or social networking website, or recommended tools, or in any way violate the Solicitation Policy.
