Member Processing Policy

When a Partner logs into the Partner Business Center, the following will occur:

A "cookie" or identifier will "travel" with the Partner as they move about our site. In order to bypass the opt-in process, Partners must use the 'Members' item under 'Sign Up Links' available only from the Partner Business Center to process Partner or Clubshop Rewards Members. These memberships will be under their sponsorship. Once processed, the new Partner or Clubshop Rewards Members will receive a confirmation letter.

Note: If we receive a complaint of an unauthorized sign up of an Partner or Clubshop Rewards Member processed in this manner, the "cookie" or identifier (which will be recorded in our database) will identify the Partner who entered this Partner or Clubshop Rewards Member at the website. We will then request a proof of a sign up from this Partner. We will then be able to provide this evidence to our server and the person submitting the complaint. If this evidence cannot be provided, the Partner will be disciplined in accordance with our Spam Policy

Remember: Partners must enter only names of individuals who have specifically requested Free Membership for ClubShop Rewards. (If the individual has just requested more information, Partner should not enter them as an Partner or Clubshop Rewards Member as this may result in complaints of unauthorized sign up.) You must keep a copy of emails sent to you requesting membership. This is your only proof someone has asked you for membership or further information and will be invaluable if we receive a spam complaint against you.

Warning: You must enter ONLY the information provided to you by the applicant. If you are not provided with information for a specific field on the application, that field MUST be left blank. For example, if an applicant does not provide a Skype Name, then that field must be left blank.

If a Partner does not use the special link available at the Partner Business Center and enters Partner or Clubshop Rewards Members into their own website or that of a downline Partner:

Prospective Members added at the website will receive an opt-in email "Activate your Free ClubShop Rewards Membership Today". The prospective Member must opt-in within 5 days to receive an ID number or their information will be removed from our system.

When a prospective Member requests membership via a pointer page or advertisement:

If a prospective Member requests a ClubShop Rewards Partnership by completing an application form provided by (or on behalf of) the Partner Sponsor, the form needs to be in compliance with our Advertising Policy

If the form has been completed online, then the Sponsoring Partner is required to keep on record the following information about the subscribing Member: The URL that contained the application form, the IP number that the prospective Partner or ClubShop Rewards Member came from and the date and time that the Member completed the form.

If the form has been completed offline (print advertising), then a copy of the application form is required to be kept on file by the sponsoring Partner.

If this evidence cannot be provided, the Partner will be disciplined in accordance with our Spam Policy.
