Membership Policies

Basic Policy

A ClubShop Rewards is free and is limited to one membership per person, partnership or entity. In order to allow our Partners the right to choose who they do business with, a Partner or Clubshop Rewards Member is permitted to gain new or different sponsorship by completing and submitting a new membership application. Upon our receipt of the application, the previous membership for these member types is considered to be null and void.

However, solicitation of existing members to either cancel their membership or gain a new membership is strictly prohibited.

In the case whereby a one or more Shopper or Partner memberships are discovered, the latter membership will be considered their choice of sponsorship and the prior memberships will be terminated.

Partners

Partners in ClubShop Rewards must be of legal age in the state (or country or province for International Members) of their residency.

Once a member has become a Partner, they are not permitted to gain another membership or different sponsorship. If a Partner does not wish to remain under the sponsorship of their sponsor, they must terminate their membership to return as a Partner under new sponsorship, based upon the following waiting periods:

Glocal Income Business Building Subscription Cancellation

If a Partner qualifies as a Partner by subscribing to our Glocal Income Business Building System for more than 30 days and then cancels their Glocal Income Business Building System subscription, they will be downgraded to an Affiliate and will retain their ClubShop Rewards Membership. The former Partner will lose their position in the organization as well as some of their member types in their organization. These will be transferred to their Partner sponsor. You will retain your Affiliate Membership until your annual renewal date. At that time you can choose to renew as an Affiliate for another year or not. Unless, you choose to completely cancel all memberships.

Addition of Spouse or to Initial Membership

I understand I may add my spouse to my membership by submitting this request in writing to ClubShop Rewards HQ stating my intentions.

This letter must be notarized and contain the Member's name, the name of the person being added to the membership as well as the social security numbers (USA residents only) of all parties involved. Upon receipt and acceptance by ClubShop Rewards of this documentation, the addition to the initial membership will be processed.

Address Requirement

In order to keep one's membership active, members are required to provide ClubShop Rewards HQ with the name of their city, state or province, country and postal code, within one year of becoming a Member. Subscribers to the Glocal Income Business Building System are required to provide further information as designated on the Glocal Income Business Building Application.

The requirement of city, state, province, country and postal code enables ClubShop Rewards HQ to effectively communicate with our membership about local meetings, participating ClubShop Rewards Card Merchants, and local sales and specials. In addition, this information (as well as street address) is necessary for the mailing of ClubShop Reward checks or gift cards.
