The term "Member" as used in this policy refers to all levels of Membership in ClubShop Rewards.

Promotional Pages used to promote the ClubShop Rewards or any business or consumer program or opportunity offered by ClubShop Rewards, must be written in an honest, open and forthright manner. Also:

1. A promotional page promoting any ClubShop Rewards business or consumer opportunity may not promote other business or income opportunities from which the Member may receive a benefit (reciprocal links, web ring, etc.), commissions or payment for referrals.
2. The promotional page must not make claims that by joining the ClubShop Rewards the member will earn "x" amount of dollars. You may make a general claim such as "make money with ClubShop Rewards" but not a claim such as "make $1,000's with ClubShop Rewards". The posting of a commission check on the internet is prohibited.
3. Any page that references ClubShop Rewards or ClubShop.com on it must include the following statement: " By submitting a request for a FREE ClubShop Rewards Membership I agree to accept email or phone calls from ClubShop Rewards for both their consumer and business opportunities."
4. No dhs-club.com, clubshop.com, Glocal Income, ClubShop Rewards graphics may be used other than those which are listed in the images directory of the e-Business Institute.
5. If a ClubShop Rewards Member posts a promotional page in a language other than English, the following disclaimer must appear on that website in both English and the language in which that website is written:
   "This is not a ClubShop Rewards sponsored or endorsed website. This site is not maintained by ClubShop Rewards and is independently maintained by the owner of the site. This site has been created in (the language in which it was created) in order to provide information to prospective members in this language."
6. If a ClubShop Rewards Member offers a FREE program or offer on their promotional page they must list a disclaimer on that page which tells the viewer that the FREE item offered is not offered by ClubShop Rewards, and is the responsibility of the website owner.
7. Partners are not permitted to copy another Partner's promotional webpage or gain another Partner's registered URL that promotes the ClubShop Rewards by getting a different extension designation(i.e; .com, .net, .biz, etc.), without the written consent of the Partner who created the webpage or created the original URL name. Partners may register their webpages to protect themselves against copyright infringement or abuse by sending the URL to support1@clubshop.com
8. Partners are not permitted to use another Partner's promotional webpage URL that promotes ClubShop Rewards, as a keyword in Search Engine advertising, without the written consent of the Partner who owns the URL name.
9. Any links to ClubShop Mall stores that are provided on your webpage(s) must be the links that we provide you in our Search Engine Advertising Course

Violations of this policy will result in a 30 day suspension of the Member's membership and suspension of access to the Member's website. Following a second violation, the Member's membership will be subject to termination.
