The term "Member" as used in this policy refers to all levels of Membership in ClubShop Rewards.

ClubShop Rewards Members are not permitted to purchase memberships from a third party.

Example: A website is created urging prospective members to join the ClubShop Rewards for free or join the ClubShop Rewards Program. The owner of this website then sells the names and email addresses of these prospective members as actual ClubShop Rewards "Members". The owner may even offer to enter these "Members" at a ClubShop Rewards website.

Only ClubShop Rewards Members are allowed to solicit for Membership in ClubShop Rewards. ClubShop Rewards Members are not allowed to solicit for sale Members names and email addresses.

It is a Member's responsibility to ensure that each Member under their sponsorship has authorized their membership and has agreed to receive email about our business and consumer opportunities. It is of the utmost importance that no prospective Members be processed through a ClubShop Rewards website without the prospective member's knowledge and expressed permission.

You may not enter any lead as a Free Member as to do so would be in violation of this policy.

Violations of this policy will result in termination of Member's ClubShop Rewards membership.
