Return Policy for Promotional Printed Materials*

All returns of printed materials are at the risk of the returning Member. In addition, the Member shall bear the cost of return shipping. Printed materials such as ClubShop Rewards Cards, Brochures etc may be returned to the ClubShop Rewards provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The items being returned must be unmarked and not damaged in any way and in new usable condition for re-sale.
  2. An entire allotment, allocation or sequence must be returned. No partial allotment returns are accepted.
  3. If numbered, materials must be returned in sequence order.
  4. Materials must be the current version in use by ClubShop.
  5. All printed material returns will be subject to a restocking and processing fee which will be 25% of the value of the order or $15.00 whichever is greater.
  6. The items must be returned with a receipt of purchase.
  7. Purchases over 1 year can not be returned.
  8. Pay Points that were earned from a purchase will be subtracted from the purchase amount at $1 USD per Pay Point.

* Promotional printed materials are those materials prepared and printed by ClubShop Rewards for promotion and development of various business and product opportunities such as ClubShop Rewards.
