The term "Member" as used in this policy shall refer to all levels of Membership in ClubShop Rewards.

As a Member of ClubShop Rewards, you may not attempt to solicit, recruit, sponsor or cause to be sponsored, either directly or indirectly - indirect example: email signature file or email sent from a domain which solicits for other programs or opportunities (such as "jobsathome2003.com", etc), a ClubShop Rewards Member, whether in your upline/downline or another upline/downline, into any income opportunity, network marketing or multi-level organization, whether or not affiliated with ClubShop Rewards.

In addition, no income or benefit is permitted or may be derived from other ClubShop Rewards Members other than what is provided by the ClubShop Rewards Compensation Plan. You may not receive or accept any money from other ClubShop Rewards Members whether or not any income or benefit is derived as a result.* Example: Soliciting and accepting money for cooperative advertising or accepting money for online tools. This policy applies to all Members and to any third party affiliations or corporations from which a Member is able to receive compensation or benefit (benefits may be described as any method of compensation other than monetary.)

* Exception to this policy: A Partner may accept reimbursement from another Member for any fees paid by the Partner on behalf of the Member, including any monetary costs involved for transmitting the funds to ClubShop Rewards. Or in other instances where prior approval has been granted by ClubShop Rewards.

ClubShop Rewards Members may not contact, either by phone, postal mail or email our Corporate Merchant Partner Stores in our ClubShop Mall(s) for any reason, other than that pertaining to their own personal purchase.

All other communication about ClubCash, partnerships, missing orders, or partner offers sent to these merchants, must be done by ClubShop Rewards or ClubShop, itself. Violations of this policy can result in the immediate suspension or termination of your ClubShop Rewards Membership.
