Spam Policy

We recognize that each Member is an independent contractor and marketer and therefore responsible for how they conduct their own business affairs. As the DHS Club does not support or condone the use of UBE or Unsolicited Bulk Email (a.k.a. spam) to solicit prospects for DHS Club Membership or the ClubBucks Rewards Program, we have established the following policy:

1. The DHS Club strictly prohibits our Members from sending out any emails to non members of the DHS Club that include any references to the DHS Club, the ClubBucks Rewards Program, ClubShop Mall or MarketPlace by name, any references to Merchant Affiliates by name, references to links to web pages that reference the DHS Club or direct links to any DHS Club Web Site or to our company's domains or URLS, to include clubshop.com, dhs-club.com, and ClubBucks.com, unless one of the following conditions exist:

  • The person contacted, first contacted the DHS Club Member, or;
  • The person contacted has provided the DHS Club Member with permission to contact them, either by webform, email or other written communication.

Note: This provision includes links to websites provided in signature files attached to your outgoing emails and to emails containing redirect links which lead/redirect to any dhs-club.com, clubshop.com, or ClubBucks.com website. Example: The url in your email is www.link.com and when someone clicks on that link they 'appear' to be taken to www.link.com, but the page then switches to www.clubshop.com/member/yourid.html. (The www.link.com page never shows on the screen).

Any complaint received which includes a copy of an email that has a reference or link to any DHS Club domain or URL, (to include clubshop.com, ClubBucks.com, or dhs-club.com ), will be forwarded to the Member that sent the email in order for them to provide us with evidence of "first contact" or "permission to contact". Therefore, each Member must keep a copy of emails sent to you as a "first contact" or providing you with "permission to contact".

2. The DHS Club also strictly prohibits our Members from posting to any newsgroup, bulletin board, or major domo list, etc., which may result in an email being generated linking to any web page that reference the DHS Club or have links to any DHS Club Web Site or to our company's domains or URLS, to include clubshop.com, dhs-club.com, and ClubBucks.com, unless one the following condition exists:
* The newsgroup, bulletin board, list, etc. approves of advertisements being posted.

3. Any email that is sent that references the DHS Club or provides links to any DHS Club webpage, must conform with the United States "Can Spam" Act and include a valid physical postal address of the sender and a clear and conspicuous notice to decline to receive further emails from the sender. In addition, any emails sent to DHS Club Members must also include a link to our automated opt out system
(https://www.clubshop.com/remove-me.html).

Enforcement of this Policy

If we should receive a complaint which proves a violation of this Spam Policy has occurred the following steps will be taken:

1st offense: We will suspend the use of any Member's webpages and business reports for 30 days and the Member will forfeit any commissions earned in the month of the suspension. The same penalty will be incurred by any upline Member that has been determined to be involved with the offense.

2nd offense: Upon a 2nd offense the Member's membership will be terminated.
In addition to the above penalties, an offending Member may be subject to legal action and be held liable for any financial loss incurred by the DHS Club.

* * We strongly recommend that Members go to : http://www.spamlaws.com to view Spam Laws in various US States and around the world before sending email about any of the DHS Club opportunities.
