In order to receive any compensation, overrides or bonuses on my ClubShop Rewards Organization, I agree to perform and fulfill a bona fide supervisory, training and support function to my downline.
My Partner member supervisory function is to ensure that my personally sponsored Members have knowledge of, and properly apply, ClubShop Rewards policies, procedures and guidelines as outlined in the Terms of Agreement and Business Manual. Additionally, my Partner member role is to ensure that when I am aware of an action that is taken by personally sponsored Members, or Members in my ClubShop Rewards Organization, that is contrary to policies, procedures and guidelines, I will seek resolution, or seek guidance for the resolution, of the issue or situation at hand. For example if a member of my downline should violate a ClubShop Rewards policy and I become aware of the infraction I must bring it to their attention and provide guidance so that they may correct their actions. If they are non responsive or fail to cease the inappropriate action I must advise my upline Executive Director who will then take appropriate action. If my upline Executive Director does not take action I must advise the headquarters staff of ClubShop Rewards of the infraction or situation.
My Partner member training function is defined as maintaining a working knowledge of how to accurately and honestly represent the operation and promotion of the ClubShop Rewards's various programs and income opportunities. Such knowledge may be developed by attendance at conventions, conferences, offline and online training sessions, checking posted information and counseling with my active upline. I will develop a general understanding and working knowledge of programs, income opportunities and business operations. I will also acquaint myself with the company's website, manual and policies in order to acquire additional specific information to which a downline Member may be referred. This training function also includes the counseling of downline Members on specific issues, methods and techniques used to develop, grow and manage a ClubShop Rewards business.
My Partner member support function is to offer moral support and encouragement coupled with practical advice to both personally sponsored Members and individuals in my downline. This will in large part revolve around communications and is critical to my success. I understand that I should respond to both e-mail and, perhaps, other forms of business communications, within 72 hours. Such an answer should be positive in nature and provide the downline Member with the information required to answer their question. In addition, I am required to have monthly written business communication (via email) with my personally sponsored Partners.
My CSR Member support function may require me to act as ClubCash Redemption Pay Agent and transfer funds to honor a redemption request, should a ClubShop Rewards Member in my organization request to redeem their ClubCash by bank deposit.
In addition to the above functions, Members who reach the level of Executive Director are required to have monthly written communication (via email) with their downline Partners (to exclude downline Executive Director's organizations) that have email addresses. This monthly communication may be in the form of a newsletter, news update, etc. and may be delegated to individuals at the Manager or Director level; however, it is the Executive Director's responsibility to ensure that this business communication is sent. In addition, members at the Executive Director level are ultimately responsible for the training, supervision and support activities within their ClubShop Rewards Organization down to the first Executive Director in any line.
ClubShop Rewards may at it's sole discretion, transfer any member accounts within a Partner's Team, to better assure that these accounts are better serviced and supported, due to any violations of this policy.
Should a Partner fail to comply with the responsibilities within this policy, disciplinary action may result, which can include immediate termination of their membership.
