Vertical Integration Plan - Initial Positioning

Positioning Members One at a Time

We highly recommend that you position Members (existing or new) one at a time in a line, versus positioning a group at a time. The ability for a Member to understand the value of their position will be much enhanced if they are able to see the progress over a period of a week or two, as a result of receiving updates each time a new Member is added under them. So add a few at most each day to a line, sending the applicable update emails each time you add a new Member to the line.

NOTE: If a Member (example: Member "A") has another Member below him (example: Member "B"), whether existing or previously transferred, that Member (Member "A") is not able to be transferred. You may only transfer Members who are not already part of a "group" (i.e. - the last member is available for transfer.)

Sending Updates to Your Downline

As each existing Member is placed, update emails need to be sent by the VIP doing the placement as follows:

* A VERTICAL-1 letter (explanation of new sponsor and placement) should be sent to the repositioned Member.

* A VERTICAL-2 letter should be sent to the VIP, Partner or Member that has been made the sponsor.

* A VERTICAL-2A letter should be sent to the VIP that has been made the sponsor.

* A VERTICAL-3 letter should be sent to any upline Members.

* A VERTICAL-4 letter should be sent to the first VIP up the line.

Making Upgrade Announcements

When a Member in the line upgrades to VIP, send an UPGRADE-1 letter to the new VIP (and cc the VIPs upline so that they may send personal welcome emails to the new VIP) and an UPGRADE-2 letter to the Members above the new VIP.

Note: The upline welcome emails should not include any links or advice, but rather some info on who they are in relationship to the new VIP, some personal info and edification of the VIP who is working with them. Only the sponsor or tap rooting VIP should be providing links and start up advice to the new VIP.

Member Placement and VIP Ratio

Be prepared to place 10 to 20 Members vertically in a line in order to gain 1+ VIPs in the line.

Note: If you have gained the Members you are repositioning by purchasing leads, you may need to place even more than 20 in a line to get 1+ VIPs, as some of the leads may not represent real or interested prospects. If rapport was established with a Member prior to their becoming a Member, then you may need less than 10 Members in a line to get 1+ VIPs.

Upgrade Letter 2 (Back)

Subject: Your Position Has Changed

Hi <FirstName>,

A Member in your downline has recently upgraded to be a VIP. This means that they have moved above you and have become your upline VIP. Additionally, any Members that were under them have also moved with them and are no longer in your dowline.

If you had upgraded to VIP before they did, you would have moved up the line and would now be their sponsor and been entitled to a commission check next month.

If you want to make sure that you keep your current downline so this doesn't happen again, consider upgrading to VIP at this time, before any of the other members on your team do: http://www.clubshop.com/VIP_app.html.
