bedroom or studio condominiums at resorts in locations like Orlando,
Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Springs, Hilton Head, Park City, Puerto Rico,
and Mexico for only a small fraction of the hotel/motel rate you'd
normally pay.
A typical one bedroom condominium consists of a bedroom, living
room (with a convertible sofa), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom
and sleeps four comfortably. When you travel with a group of 3
or more, you no longer have to stay in one small room... .and
with a fully equipped kitchen you can save on restaurant bills!

Resort owners throughout the world would prefer to rent a condominium at a substantially discounted price rather than have it unoccupied. As a result, you can enjoy resort condominiums at rock bottom prices!
Imagine vactioning at a resort condominium that would normally cost $1,000 to $1,500 per week for only $350.00 to $500.00 per week.
Eight day/seven night resort vacations, beginning and ending on Friday, Saturday or Sunday usually include complete amenities, with full kitchen, laundry facilities, swimming pools and hot tubs.
Hot Line Properties
Every Thursday you will be able to access the Properties Hotline and hear the Last Minute Specials available, which can save you even more. Weekly rentals can be as little as $150.00 to $200.00 per week. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Making Your Reservations
Use the toll free number (1-800-221-0626) and the Shopping Service Number you were provided when you signed up for the Club Perk annual subscription. Be sure to have pen and paper and your shopping service number on hand when you call.
Once your membership is verified, you will receive the toll-free number of the Vacation Condominium Rental Service.
Please Note:
- You will need to select three resort locations and three alternative travel dates.
- At the time of confirmation a fact sheet will be mailed to you listing the property, address, telephone number and the facilities avaliable.
- Payment can be made my check or money order and is due at the time of confirmation.
- No pets are allowed in these properties.
- No more than four people are allowed to stay in a one bedroom condominium, and no more than six people in a two bedroom condominium.
- Please be sure to allow sufficient time to process your request.
Additional Fees:
Some resorts impose fees for the use of golf courses or other facilities. If required you will be charged a $25.00 fee by the Vacation Condominium Rental Service.
