We are shining our Spotlight on VIP Manuela Verdickt of Antwerp Belgium!
Manuela lives in Wuustwezel, a small village in Antwerp, Belgium, near the Dutch border. She is 45 years old and married to Walter. She calls him, "My best companion and friend." Manuela is an interior decorator and loves her job. "Architecture and Design are a substantial part of my life. I can't imagine a way of living without Art or without beautiful things that keep people amazed."
For years, Manuela worked for different companies but she didn't get the satisfaction she was looking for. “I wanted to be independent and to start my own interior business. But it is not that easy to give up a financial secure situation.” So she was looking for a home-based business that she could combine with her interior practice. Manuela recalls, ”Surfing on the internet an ad of Gino Descamps about the DHS Club caught and held my attention. I joined as an Associate Member and after a couple of days, I upgraded to VIP. I didn't understand the system thoroughly but I was certainly convinced of the great opportunity that was offered to me.”
Manuela remembers starting her DHS Club Business, “For me it was quite an adventure. I didn’t have any experience, whatsoever, with internet marketing. I started the training in the E-Business Institute but the ClubAdvantage Business Building System was not rolled out yet as it is now.” “To make a long story short, headstrong as I am, I had quite some difficulties working with my upline, but we worked it out and now we are working together as a successful team. And even more, I appreciate him for his motivation and his persistence.”
“This is a great thing about our business. If you want to be successful you have to "grow", you have to "learn", you have to improve yourself. And this gives you a wonderful, good feeling. As Dick Burke says, 'Success is a journey, not a destination'. And I couldn't agree more.”
Manuela shares her feelings about The DHS Club, “I enjoy my DHS business because it gives me the opportunity to realize my dreams. Moreover, I am now in a situation to help others to reach that same level (and higher!) and to have success with their own businesses. Working in a team where each one helps another is a great motivator. In fact, you never walk alone.” “Walter and I do love traveling and as soon as the coast is clear, we pack and we are gone. We both fell in love with the same place: Venice. Nothing is more enchanting than strolling and exploring in the web of alleys and canals of this "floating" city. Definitively, we will be going back there!”
