About
the DHS Club
The
DHS Club was officially formed and incorporated in Englewood, Florida
in June of 1997 by its President and Founder, Dick Burke, with its
first offices being located in a small apartment over his garage.
Dick worked many hours researching his idea of empowering consumers
to save money and enabling people to have their own affordable home
based business.
DHS Club Offices are still located in Dick’s
hometown of Englewood. The main HQ office occupies a 3,452 square
foot building with additional offices close by.
The Headquarters staff is made up of a number of
experienced teams, all working together to provide the support and
administration required to run a multi-million dollar company.

In September of 2001, the Club purchased
a lodge on almost 20 acres of property in the Tennessee mountains
to develop as a corporate retreat. Named after the private lake
that borders the property, the Duck’s Nest Retreat is available
to President’s Club (sales) leaders and DHS Club employees
and their families to enjoy. The first log cabin was completed in
2002 and construction began on a Conference and Training Center
in 2003.

During early 2001, The DHS Club added international branches to
the ClubShop Mall as well as an international Benefits Center. Our
online Training Center, the e-Business Institute, opened in July
2001. In May 2002, The DHS Club introduced their new ClubBucks Rewards
program.
Regional Conferences are held periodically throughout
the USA. International Conferences have been held in Canada, Sweden
and the UK and in 2005 Mr. Burke traveled to Belgium.
An annual Convention is held in the USA. In 2006,
The DHS Club held their first International Convention in Brussels,
Belgium.
