Affinity
Group
Fund Raising to support a non-profit group or charitable
organization can be difficult and time consuming. The DHS Club’s
Affinity Group program makes it easy for a non-profit group or charitable
organization to raise funds on an ongoing basis.
Non-profit groups and charitable organizations
are invited to join the DHS Club for free as an Affinity Group and
refer others to become free DHS Club Shopper and Associate Members
and earn referral fees on the purchases and subscriptions made by
their DHS Club Shopper and Associate Members.
The percentage and the amount of the referral fee
vary, but is posted at each of the ClubShop Shopping venues provided
to the participant. Compensation checks are scheduled to be mailed
out on the last day of the month, based on the previous month’s
purchases and subscriptions.
Affinity Groups must submit an application, along
with a copy of the organization's Charter or Bylaws or their Articles
of Incorporation, for approval. Upon being approved, an Affinity
Group is assigned a group ID number that is linked to the ID numbers
of their referred DHS Club Shopper and Associate Members and a website
to track signups and referral fees.
