Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vouchers will not be replaced or refund once sold.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Vouchers category.
At anytime if you feel, the product received is not as shown in the site or as per your expectation, kindly bring it to the notice of our customer service within 21 hours of receiving the product. The customer service will take an appropriate decision after looking into your complaint.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
The delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders the service or a product.
The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage. The delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to be shipped within India will be = INR 165.
Any damage for the courier etc has to be claimed from courier service.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments
