I do hereby authorize ClubShop Rewards to utilize an International Pay Agent to disburse any entitlements to me. I understand that once the disbursement is made by the ClubShop Rewards to my Pay Agent, that the Pay Agent and not the ClubShop Rewards, is responsible for making the payment to me.

Each month ClubShop Rewards will make an announcement of Pay Agent disbursements and should my Pay Agent fail to make my complete payment to me within one week of the announcement, I understand that I am to contact my Pay Agent about the matter. Should I still not receive my complete payment within 15 days of the announcement, I understand that I am to contact the ClubShop Rewards HQ at acf1@clubshop.com so that HQ staff may follow up with my Pay Agent about the matter.

I understand that ClubShop Rewards will work to resolve the matter with the Pay Agent, to include deducting my commissions from future personal commissions of the Pay Agent in order to assure that I get paid my complete entitlement. However if the ClubShop Rewards is unable to do so and must terminate the membership of the Pay Agent, then I understand that my complaint and any legal pursuit, will be made against the Pay Agent and not with the ClubShop Rewards.

Although the ClubShop Rewards may make an additional disbursement to me to assure that I am paid any entitlement, I understand that they are not obligated or required to do so.
